CANCELLATION - RETURN CONDITIONS


GENERAL


  1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you will be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG:27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product, as well as other applicable laws.
  3. Shipping costs for product delivery will be borne by the buyers.
  4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
  5. In the event that delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning of the situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
  6. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product will cease.
  7. If it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer has been unlawfully used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and the amount for the sold product has not been paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost being borne by the seller.
  8. If there are force majeure situations that cannot be foreseen by the seller, and the product cannot be delivered in time, the buyer will be informed of the situation. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation.
  9. The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; they are obliged to protect the goods/services after receiving them if they fall under the category of damaged or defective goods such as torn or stained. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

 

 

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT


CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

  1. Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The withdrawal right cannot be exercised for the following contracts:
  3. Contracts related to goods prepared in accordance with the buyer's requests or personal needs.
  4. Contracts related to goods that may spoil quickly or have a short expiration date.
  5. Contracts related to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery.
  6. Contracts related to goods that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  7. Contracts related to digital content delivered immediately in a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the buyer's approval.

 

 

PROCEDURES FOR EXERCISING THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT


BUYER NOTIFICATION


Buyers who want to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify the seller of their decision by sending a signed copy of the withdrawal form to the seller's e-mail address or physical address within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT

  1. The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging along with all accessories and documents.
  2. The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
  3. The seller is obliged to refund the buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
  4. The seller may withhold the refund until the product is received back or until the buyer provides proof of return shipping.
  5. The product cannot be returned without a signed withdrawal form.

 

 

EXAMPLES OF PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  1. Personalized products or those made to order.
  2. Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) where the hygiene seal is broken.
  3. Customized digital content where the performance has started with the buyer's consent.

 

 

OTHER TERMS


The withdrawal right may not be applicable for contracts where the buyer has requested the performance to start during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the performance has begun.
